# I Can Not Upgrade, What Can I Do?

If you're experiencing issues upgrading your plan, please check the following:

1. **Ensure 3D Secure Authentication Is Completed** – Some payments require additional verification from your bank.
2. **Use a Card Issued in Your Country of Residence** – Payments may be declined if the card doesn't match your registered location.
3. **Disable VPN** – Using a VPN during the purchase may cause payment issues.
