# I Can Not Open The Social Hub, What I Can I do?

The **Social Hub** feature is available with the **Expert package**. If you are on this plan but still can't access it, please follow these steps:

1. **Check Your Subscription** – Ensure that you are subscribed to the **Expert package**, as this feature is exclusive to that plan.
2. **Refresh Your Page** – Sometimes, a quick refresh can resolve access issues.
3. **Contact Support** – If the Social Hub is still unavailable, please let a **live agent** know via chat, and we will check and activate it for you.
