I Can Not Open The Social Hub, What I Can I do?

The Social Hub feature is available with the Expert package. If you are on this plan but still can't access it, please follow these steps:


  1. Check Your Subscription – Ensure that you are subscribed to the Expert package, as this feature is exclusive to that plan.
  2. Refresh Your Page – Sometimes, a quick refresh can resolve access issues.
  3. Contact Support – If the Social Hub is still unavailable, please let a live agent know via chat, and we will check and activate it for you.
